Milk is a dietary staple across the world – it is estimated that, on average, every person consumes 100 kg of milk every year. Milk contains a protein called casein which accounts for 80% of the protein in milk. A type of casein, called beta-casein is what differentiates A2 milk from A1 milk.
While the stand-alone benefits of A2 milk are numerous, we add on to it by milking it from organically fed cows. This ensures that the milk you get from us is unadulterated and 100% pure.
